Direct-drive compound-feed control for demanding production work

The Reliable 4220SW is a single-needle lockstitch walking-foot machine built for medium- to heavyweight leather, upholstery, canvas and synthetics. Its compound-feed system advances the needle, inside foot and feed dog together to help keep layered or difficult materials aligned.

A built-in direct-drive servo motor eliminates the belt between the motor and machine head. Operators gain quieter, smoother response along with digital speed control, programmable needle positioning and index stitching for controlled, repeatable work.
