At Sew Nation USA, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting a competitive price from a trusted sewing retailer.

If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, eligible product from an authorized online dealer, give us the opportunity to earn your business. When possible, we’ll beat the competitor’s verified price. If we can’t beat it, we’ll match it.

Simply send us the competing offer and we’ll review it.

Before Your Purchase

Before placing your order, contact us at info@SewNationUSA.com and provide a link to the competitor’s advertised price.

We’ll verify the product, seller, availability, and terms of the offer. If it qualifies under this policy, we’ll first determine whether we can beat the price. If we cannot, we’ll match the eligible competing price.

Within 30 Days After Your Purchase

If an eligible product is advertised for a lower price by an authorized online dealer within 30 calendar days of your purchase from Sew Nation USA, contact us at info@SewNationUSA.com.

Please include:

  • Your Sew Nation USA order number
  • A link to the competitor’s current advertised price

If the request qualifies, we will refund the eligible price difference to your original payment method.

Price Beat & Match Requirements

To qualify:

  • The competitor must be an authorized dealer for the product’s manufacturer.
  • The product must be identical, including brand, model number, color, size, features, condition, and included accessories.
  • The product must be new, currently available, and in stock for immediate purchase.
  • The competing price must be publicly advertised and independently verifiable on the competitor’s website.
  • The competitor must be based in and authorized to sell the product within the United States.
  • We compare the total delivered price, including shipping, handling, and other mandatory charges.
  • Requests must be submitted before purchase or within 30 calendar days of the Sew Nation USA purchase date.

Offers That Do Not Qualify

The Price Beat & Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Unauthorized dealers, auction sites, marketplaces, or third-party marketplace sellers
  • Used, refurbished, returned, open-box, damaged, clearance, closeout, discontinued, demonstration, or display merchandise
  • Typographical errors, pricing errors, or prices that cannot be independently verified
  • Membership pricing, employee discounts, wholesale or dealer pricing, trade-in offers, financing incentives, rebates, coupons, gift cards, loyalty rewards, or promotional codes
  • Bundles, packages, free gifts, bonus merchandise, or offers containing different accessories or services
  • Limited-quantity offers, flash sales, liquidation sales, going-out-of-business sales, or special-event pricing
  • Prices that violate a manufacturer’s advertised pricing or dealer policy
  • Products unavailable for immediate purchase and delivery
  • Differences resulting solely from sales tax

Price Beat & Match offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless approved by Sew Nation USA.

Additional Terms

Sew Nation USA reserves the right to verify the competitor, dealer authorization, product, availability, advertised price, shipping costs, and all other terms of a competing offer.

We may limit quantities eligible for a Price Beat & Match and may decline requests involving suspected pricing errors, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sellers, or offers that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Sew Nation USA determines whether a request qualifies under this policy.

Our goal is simple: when we reasonably can, we want to beat the price. When we can’t beat an eligible price, we’ll match it.

Sew Nation USA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Beat & Match Guarantee at any time.
