Manufacturers and suppliers generally provide Sew Nation USA with information regarding whether a Proposition 65 warning should accompany their products.

Safe Harbor Warnings

California regulations establish specific warning methods and language commonly referred to as safe harbor warnings.

When Sew Nation USA receives a Proposition 65 warning from a manufacturer or supplier for a product, we display the applicable warning in connection with that product.

Because Proposition 65 warnings can depend on the particular chemical exposure associated with a product, warning language may vary from one product to another.

Proposition 65 Warnings on Sew Nation USA

For products requiring a Proposition 65 warning, California customers may see a California Warning or similar notice on the product page.

The product-specific warning provides the information applicable to that particular item.

If a Proposition 65 warning is not displayed for a product, Sew Nation USA has not been provided with a Proposition 65 warning requirement for that product by its manufacturer or supplier.
