The standard edition provides guided edge-to-edge quilting and the core automation tools, with embedded tutorials and a simulation view to help you prepare the design before stitching.

Warranty

Grace Company 90-Day Parts and Labor Guarantee

For the first 90 days after purchase, Grace Company will replace parts with manufacturing or material defects at no charge and provide labor at its headquarters at no charge. Proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Grace Company.

Coverage is for manufacturing and material defects and does not transfer to a secondary owner. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly or storage, neglect, alteration, transit damage, natural events, unauthorized repairs, or improper maintenance is excluded. Customer-caused damage requires payment for parts and shipping.

Additional coverage: 2-Year Limited Warranty for material or manufacturing defects. Grace Company may repair or replace the product at its discretion; the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Grace Company is not responsible for dealer warranties, labor repairs, or shipping expenses. For quilting machines, returns must be in the original box; if it is unavailable, a replacement box must be purchased from Grace Company.

Additional Information

Match the automation hardware to your exact machine and frame before ordering. Grace supports current Q’nique machines and the Little Rebel, plus selected older machines and frames; the official compatibility and installation guides below identify the supported combinations.

A machine, quilting frame and Windows tablet are separate from this automation package. Check the tablet’s physical fit as well as its operating system and USB connections; Grace’s general requirements describe a mount for 10–12-inch tablets.

Build and align the frame, install the motor assemblies and belts, route the cables, register the software, then define the safe quilting area before your first stitch-out. Practice on a test quilt before working on a finished top.

Pro creation tools and Gold-only functions are separate from the standard edition.
