The Janome Memory Craft 500E provides a 200 × 280 mm embroidery field for larger decorative panels, garment motifs, and personalized home projects. It includes 160 designs and six monogram fonts, with USB transfer for compatible embroidery files. The color touchscreen supports arranging and combining design elements before stitching.

Four included hoops give you useful choices for different project sizes, and the extension table supports the fabric around your work. Automatic thread cutting, jump-thread trimming, and return after a thread break help with the embroidery process. The MC500E is a dedicated embroidery partner for makers developing detailed designs across a variety of project sizes.

Janome America limited warranty

For the original purchaser using the machine for normal household sewing, Janome provides 25 years of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electronic components, which have 5 years of coverage. Labor is covered for the first year. Commercial use is covered for one year for parts and service.

Coverage requires purchase from an authorized U.S. Janome dealer and the original sales receipt. Consumables, normal wear, routine maintenance, transport, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Contact your authorized Janome dealer or service center for a warranty claim.
