The Janome Memory Craft 400E offers a 200 × 200 mm embroidery area for monograms, garment embellishment, and decorative panels. Choose from 160 built-in designs and six monogram fonts, or transfer compatible designs by USB. A full-color touchscreen gives you room to arrange the layout before stitching.

On-screen editing includes resizing, rotation, duplication, and combining elements. Automatic thread cutting and jump-thread trimming help reduce finishing work, while adjustable speed lets you choose a pace suited to the project. The extra-wide table supports fabric around the hoop. This dedicated embroidery machine is a useful companion to a sewing machine for makers who want to personalize their finished work.

Janome America limited warranty

For the original purchaser using the machine for normal household sewing, Janome provides 25 years of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electronic components, which have 5 years of coverage. Labor is covered for the first year. Commercial use is covered for one year for parts and service.

Coverage requires purchase from an authorized U.S. Janome dealer and the original sales receipt. Consumables, normal wear, routine maintenance, transport, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Contact your authorized Janome dealer or service center for a warranty claim.
