The Janome Memory Craft 100E is a dedicated embroidery machine with a 140 × 140 mm sewing field. Its 274 built-in designs and embroidery lettering options provide a starting point for personalized gifts, clothing details, and small home projects. Use the color touchscreen to arrange and edit your design before stitching.

USB transfer supports bringing compatible designs to the machine, while automatic jump-thread trimming and the thread cutter help with finishing. Superior Needle Threader 2 simplifies setup, and an optical bobbin sensor helps you monitor thread supply. The included SQ14e hoop is ready for the main embroidery field; optional smaller hoops provide additional ways to work with compact and free-arm projects.

Janome America limited warranty

For the original purchaser using the machine for normal household sewing, Janome provides 25 years of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electronic components, which have 5 years of coverage. Labor is covered for the first year. Commercial use is covered for one year for parts and service.

Coverage requires purchase from an authorized U.S. Janome dealer and the original sales receipt. Consumables, normal wear, routine maintenance, transport, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Contact your authorized Janome dealer or service center for a warranty claim.
