The Janome Horizon Memory Craft 9410QC combines an 11-inch workspace with a 5-inch color touchscreen and 300 stitches. Quilters can explore ruler work and variable-zigzag techniques, while garment and decorative sewists have four alphabets and eleven one-step buttonholes available.

Automatic presser-foot lifting supports pivoting, and the thread cutter and Superior Needle Threader 2 simplify frequent setup and finishing steps. Two needle plates are included for changing techniques, along with the QR ruler-work foot and free-motion feet. AcuFeed Flex and the adjustable knee lifter are optional accessories for this model. The 9410QC offers a roomy, clearly illuminated place to develop detailed projects.

Janome America limited warranty

For the original purchaser using the machine for normal household sewing, Janome provides 25 years of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electronic components, which have 5 years of coverage. Labor is covered for the first year. Commercial use is covered for one year for parts and service.

Coverage requires purchase from an authorized U.S. Janome dealer and the original sales receipt. Consumables, normal wear, routine maintenance, transport, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Contact your authorized Janome dealer or service center for a warranty claim.
