The Janome 1600P-QC focuses on straight stitching for piecing, quilting, and repeated construction seams. With a maximum speed of 1,600 stitches per minute and an adjustable speed slider, it gives you both production pace and control for detailed work. The substantial metal body provides a stable foundation on the sewing table.

An independent bobbin-winding motor lets you prepare the next bobbin while sewing. The automatic thread cutter, memorized needle position, and adjustable knee lift help reduce hand movements between seams. Adjustable foot pressure and industrial-style pretension threading support consistent fabric and thread handling. A built-in needle threader rounds out a practical setup for sewists who spend substantial time straight stitching.

Janome America limited warranty

For the original purchaser using the machine for normal household sewing, Janome provides 25 years of coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electronic components, which have 5 years of coverage. Labor is covered for the first year. Commercial use is covered for one year for parts and service.

Coverage requires purchase from an authorized U.S. Janome dealer and the original sales receipt. Consumables, normal wear, routine maintenance, transport, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Contact your authorized Janome dealer or service center for a warranty claim.
