Grace Company 90-Day Parts and Labor Guarantee

For the first 90 days after purchase, Grace Company will replace parts with manufacturing or material defects at no charge and provide labor at its headquarters at no charge. Proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Grace Company.

Coverage is for manufacturing and material defects and does not transfer to a secondary owner. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly or storage, neglect, alteration, transit damage, natural events, unauthorized repairs, or improper maintenance is excluded. Customer-caused damage requires payment for parts and shipping.

Grace Company is not responsible for dealer warranties, labor repairs, or shipping expenses. For quilting machines, returns must be in the original box; if it is unavailable, a replacement box must be purchased from Grace Company.

Additional Information

Choose the inserts for the exact frame model; the Queen and Hoop-Frame sets have different dimensions.

For pantograph quilting, use a compatible tracing laser and machine-specific rear handles where required. The frame, machine and tracing system are separate purchases.
