Drawer Height: The IKEA ALEX 9-drawer unit has different drawer depths. Serger cones and king spools fit only in the bottom four drawers. Please measure your spools and confirm adequate drawer clearance before ordering, accounting for the additional 0.375" height of the wooden trays.

Drawer Accessibility: IKEA ALEX drawers do not extend completely, which may make the last few rows of thread difficult to reach without removing the trays. Laser Bee Studio includes these rows to maximize available storage space.
